CAMZ

Characteristics:
  • CAMZ can be used for obtaining drinking water from groundwater containing heavy metals, purification of factory effluent, and purification of leachate from the soil and washing water. With continuous filtration processing, efficient purification is possible.
  • Main components are artificial zeolite and an iron compound complex. The granular adsorption material, which shows good adsorption for anion species(As, Se, F, etc), indicates the effect simply through contact with contaminated water.

CAMZ-W

Characteristics:
  • CAMZ-W can be used for the purification of shooting range soils and factory effluent containing heavy metals, and purification of ammoniacal nitrogen. Efficient purification is possible with continuous filtration processing.
  • The main component is artificial zeolite. The granular adsorption material, which shows good adsorption relative to cation species, indicates the effect simply through contact with contaminated water.

A-19S

Characteristics:
  • A19-S can be used for obtaining drinking water from groundwater containing heavy metals, and purification of factory effluent. It is also possible to conduct processing using catalytic oxidation, which is a characteristically efficient process. Additionally, the material exhibits the effect of chromaticity degradation due to reactivity.
  • The main component is silica sand. Having excellent manganese adherence ability, the filter material shows manganese removal performance from the early phase of water flow.

MB4

Characteristics:
  • MB4 can be used for obtaining drinking water from groundwater containing heavy metals, and purification of factory effluent. Processing can be conducted using catalytic oxidation, which is a characteristically efficient process. Additionally, the material exhibits the effect of chromaticity degradation due to reactivity.
  • The main component is ceramics. Having excellent manganese adherence ability, the filter material shows manganese removal performance from the early stage of water flow. It also has the effect of chromaticity degradation due to its reactivity.

CAMZ-S

Characteristics:
  • The main components are artificial zeolite and an iron compound complex. CAMZ-S can be used for the insolubilization of discharged pollutants such as soil discharged from tunnel construction sites, old factory sites, industrial waste contaminated with heavy metals, or the like.
  • The slurry adsorption and insolubilization material, which has good adsorption relative to anion species(As, Se, F, etc), shows the effect simply by mixing with a target material such as soil.

CAPA-CT

Characteristics:
  • CAPA-CT can be used for the insolubilization of pollutants such as soil discharged from tunnel construction sites, old factory sites, and industrial waste contaminated with heavy metals. Furthermore, CAPA-CT can be used in the adsorption layer construction method, which shows good workability in dealing with a vast amount of processing soil excavated from tunnels.
  • The main component is a layered double hydroxide composite. The powder adsorption and insolubilization material, which has good adsorption relative to anion species(As, Se, F, etc), shows effects simply by mixing with a target material such as soil. Simultaneous adsorption of multiple heavy metals is possible because CAPA-CT is good for dealing with complex pollution.

AC-1

Characteristics:
  • AC-1 can be used for the insolubilization of discharged pollutants such as soil discharged from tunnel construction sites, old factory sites, and industrial waste contaminated with heavy metals. In particular, it is possible to reuse processed ash as basecourse material because AC-1 is good for dealing with fluorine and boron from burned ash.
  • The composition is mainly alkali metals. The powder adsorption and insolubilization material, which has good adsorption relative to anion species(As, Se, F, etc), shows effects simply by mixing with a target material such as soil.

TKS105

Characteristics:
  • TKS105 can be used for the insolubilization of discharged pollutants such as soil discharged from tunnel construction sites, old factory sites, and industrial waste contaminated with heavy metals. In particular, it is possible to reuse processed ash as basecourse material because TKS105 is good for dealing with fluorine and boron from burned ash.
  • The main component is iron. The supply of iron ions is accelerated using our special process. The powder adsorption and insolubilization material shows capability for inhibition of arsenic elution from acidic soil for processing sump water containing hexavalent selenium (which is difficult to be adsorbed), or naturally derived boron.

Ash Claw

Characteristics:
  • This material can be used for processing factory effluent and industrial waste contaminated with heavy metals. It is widely used in waste incineration plants and factories discharging highly concentrated contaminated water.
  • This material is effective for dealing with highly concentrated pollution because it reacts with heavy metal ions and produces solid materials insoluble in water. The powdered or liquid adsorption materials behave extremely well under the presence of heavy metals and many different elements can be treated.

SoiCle

Characteristics:
  • SoiCle can be used for purification of soils, factory effluent, industrial waste contaminated with heavy metals, and the like. Land zoning is possible by removing heavy metals from contaminated soil.
  • The compact soil washing system uses a mixing apparatus with a drastically improved performance for mixing contaminated soil and water, and a special sedimentation and separation apparatus for soil. It is therefore possible to provide flexible on-site purification that responds to various field conditions.

KAT Beads ®

Characteristics:
  • KAT Beads® can be used to prevent pollutant dispersion from the soil polluted with heavy metals discharged from polluted tunnel construction sites or old factory sites. Additionally, it can be used as a material for the adsorption layer construction method, which shows good workability in dealing with a vast amount of processing soil excavated from tunnels. Furthermore, the mat-shaped products can be placed in temporary storage sites for preventing the proliferation of pollutants until they are removed.
  • KAT Beads® are a specially shaped adsorption material with excellent adsorption and permeability. There are two types—granular and mat-shaped. The former can be conventionally used as a material for the adsorption layer construction method. Because of the improved handling characteristics, the latter can be laid out and collected very easily in a short time in temporary storage sites or the like for preventing the proliferation of pollutants.
